CPA Kudos Greece and HBP Certified Public Accountants S.A., leading firms in the audit and financial services sector, announce the completion of their merger and will henceforth operate as a single, unified organization.
The newly merged entity will continue under the name “CPA Kudos Greece” and aims to build on the strong legacy of both firms, embodying a forward-looking and innovative approach within the sector.
This merger represents one of the first such consolidations in the audit services industry in recent years, at a time when entrepreneurship and advisory services face increasing challenges—making strategic synergies more necessary than ever.
The new organization aspires to play a leading role in its field, positioning itself as a dominant market participant with clear competitive strength:

Mr κ. Dimitris Dimitriou assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer of CPA Kudos Greece. Commenting on the merger,

CPA Kudos Greece commences its operations with a team of more than 40 highly qualified professionals and will be headquartered in new premises in Nea Ionia, Attica, currently under renovation and expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2026.
