Vasiliki Paschalidou is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL). As a Certified Public Accountant, she completed the two-year postgraduate professional training program at the Institute of Education of Certified Public Accountants (IESOEL). From 2006 to 2025, she was a co-founding member of HBP Certified Public Accountants S.A., playing a key role in establishing the firm’s corporate structure, expanding its client portfolio, and leading audit teams. She has extensive experience in statutory and tax audits, special purpose audits, and due diligence engagements across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, food industry, chemicals, transportation, aluminum, tourism, private education, foundations, and other industries. She has also been actively involved in corporate transformations, conversions, and mergers. She currently serves as Shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors of CPA Kudos Greece S.A.
