Dionysia Sigalou is a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Manager at CPA Kudos Greece, with extensive experience in auditing and financial reporting. From 2007 to 2025, she served as Auditor at HBP Certified Public Accountants S.A., where she participated in statutory and tax audits of companies and corporate groups across a wide range of industries, as well as in special purpose audits, due diligence engagements, business valuations, and liquidation procedures. At the beginning of her professional career, she worked as an Assistant Accountant in accounting service firms in Athens and Piraeus.

She holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance with specialization in Applied Accounting and Auditing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science from the University of Piraeus. She is a Class A Licensed Accountant and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. She has strong expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), as well as experience in tax audits and intercompany transactions. She is fluent in Greek and English and has an intermediate command of Italian.
