The company was established in April 2020 under the name CPA Auditors & Consultants, with the aim of becoming a leading firm in the field of statutory audit and consulting services in Greece.
Joining the Global Kudos Network
In 2024, the firm became a member of the independent international network Kudos International. This collaboration reached a key milestone in July 2024, when the Group was renamed CPA Kudos Greece, reflecting the strategic alliance and the commitment to delivering high-quality professional services. The Kudos network comprises more than 66 firms across 52 countries, enabling us to provide our clients with access to international expertise while maintaining a strong focus on the Greek market.
Growth and Merger
The current structure of CPA Kudos Greece was formed in January 2026 following the merger of CPA Kudos Greece with HBP Certified Public Accountants S.A., creating a unified organization. The combined entity operates across the fields of auditing, financial, tax, and advisory services and serves more than 300 clients. With a team of over 40 experienced professionals, the firm is committed to excellence, expertise, and building long-term relationships of trust with its clients and partners.
